Location: Zürich Workload: Full-time Your tasks: • Design user-centric interfaces for web-based portals used by customers, partners, and administrators • Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups • Collaborate with developers to implement and refine designs • Ensure consistency in visual design and user experience across all platforms • Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and UI kits • Identify opportunities for improving the user experience Your profile: • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer & Portfolio demonstrating design skills for web applications • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices • Experience in B2B software or telecommunication platforms & Agile development environments • Experience with responsive design • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Fluent in English; German and French is a plus
