Participate in design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creative solutions. Assist in creating design systems and style guides. Your profile: Educational Background: Recently graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Media Design, or a related field with a focus on UX/UI. Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of common design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar programs. Initial experience with prototyping tools is an advantage. Creativity and Problem-Solving Skills: Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to develop creative and user-friendly solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English or German with the ability to present design ideas clearly and collaborate within a team. Proactive Learner: Enthusiasm for new design trends and technologies, with a desire to continuously improve your skills.
