Your tasks: Contribute to building a UX Research function by bringing best practices and collaborating with others Be a hands-on contributor by applying a variety of quantitative (generative) and qualitative (evaluative) methods Translate insights into actionable product recommendations Test design solutions to ensure we’re solving users’ top needs as we evolve our products Collaborate with design, product, marketing, analytics teams to influence product design and innovation Be an advocate at Proton for user-centered design Develop the organization's mastering of key behavioral and cognitive patterns Your profile: Between 3 and 5 years of hands-on experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research for an international consumer-facing Software as a Service solution or for a well-established research agency (be ready to present an existing use case) Master's degree in behavioral science, human-computer interaction/design, psychology, human factors, or any related field Proven track record of research output leading to statistically significant increases in performance Experience using research methods at different stages of a design process Excellent communication and presentation skills in English Experience establishing and analyzing UX metrics Experience facilitating workshops/co-creation exercises Experience working with a software development cycle would be considered a plus
