Your tasks: Managing all test phases in alignment with service designer, service architect and development engineer Leading the test engineers and/or a test team to the success of project Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team Build and manage test environments in alignment with service designer and product owners Define the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery Design and plan test conditions, expected results, test scripts and test data sets, to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control while ensuring compliance with test policies Engage and collaborate with relevant stakeholders including service transition and operations and secure the requisite sign-offs Reporting test progress, test outcomes, success rates, issues and risks Facilitation of automated testing throughout the test lifecycle, embed risk-based testing and reuse of test scripts Your profile: Bachelor’s degree computer science or similar 3+ years of experience in test, development, change, release and project management 3+ years of experience in an agile environment (Scrum, DevOps, Continuous Delivery, etc.) 2+ years' experience in design, implementation and execution of test automation Certifications and/or experience in Kanban, Scrum, XP, SAFe, ISTQB Certified Tester, organizational change management Experience in strategy definition and related test plans Knowledge of test cycles and environments (e.g. test reference production) and testing methodologies and standards Fluency in Linux environments. Experience in various test management and defect management tools like JIRA XRAY, etc. Experience in functional and non-functional testing and test automation tools (e.g. JMeter, SoapUI, Tosca, Quality Center) Experience in automated Continuous Integration Testing / Pipeline (e.g. Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Rancher) Experienced in the ITIL / TMMi / Cobit Framework is an advantage Very good oral and written knowledge in German and English Ability to drive teams and projects, delivering pragmatic solutions with a can-do attitude Knowledge of quality standards, processes and procedures Charismatic and structured team player with the capabilities and experience to work in multicultural and interdisciplinary teams
