Support-/Integration Engineer (m/w)

Responsibilities: - Responsible for the successful end-to-end installation of our products, including providing support to our customers throughout the implementation lifecycle - Participate in the integration, installation and configuration of our products within a complex banking IT infrastructure - Interact with our customers and partners over digital channels and sometimes on-site - Understand our customers’ needs and identify opportunities to improve our products - Define the planning of upcoming releases, taking new features and products into account - Report the progress to involved stakeholders, including management and customers - Refine and develop our implementation delivery procedure and coach younger colleagues YOur profile: - Successfully completed studies in Computer Science or comparable qualification - Customer oriented attitude, leadership qualities and strong communication skills - Problem-solving mindset, hands-on approach and a structured way of working - Motivation to understand and master our products & technologies - Professional fluency in German and English is mandatory - Basic understanding of project management techniques - Experience with the Linux Shell is required
