Location: Bern Workload: Full-time Your tasks: Interface regularly with external and internal teams. Externally: Customer’s commercial and technical teams, connectivity Supplier. Internally: Sales Team, Financial Team, IPX Engineers, etc. Serve as a single point of contact responsible for the implementation (and managing the change requests) of our services Leading implementations of our services Discuss implementation with customers (implementation documents, call flows, diagrams) Your profile: High commitment and strong customer focus Few years of experience in Telecom (Mobile Network Operator or International Carrier) Proactive approach and strong project management skills Knowledge about IPX Part (SS7, Diameter and IP routing) is a plus Knowledge about Data Clearing processes, Financial Clearing processes and roaming is a plus Fluent in spoken and written English, extra languages are a plus The position is open to Swiss and EU nationals, and to holder of a valid Swiss work permit
