Your tasks: Your primary focus will be taking the full ownership of Windows client management via SCCM. You will drive the engineering for Windows upgrades, driver management, device imaging, and the certification of new Windows devices from HP, Lenovo and Dell. You will be working closely with our vendors, user group representatives, and Regional IT managers – from requirements gathering, design, engineering, rollout to 3rd level support. You will be working along-side other engineers and solution architects on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving and creating quality solutions is essential for good delivery with outstanding and sustainable results. In addition, we provide the opportunity to grow further with us into modern device management, such as Microsoft Intune. Your profile: Minimum a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems / Technology or related fields or equivalent educational qualification At least 2 years of experience in Windows client management or in workplace management Fluent in English and proven expertise in document writing, vendor/stakeholder management and Windows rollouts Basic knowledge in related IT infrastructure field (network, identity management, software packaging) Passion for innovation, critical analysis, and reporting
