Your tasks: Working closely with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical requirements, ensuring efficient and coherent solutions. Proposing new or enhanced system features. ​Supporting investigation and resolving functional system issues. ​Driving process standardization, harmonization, efficiency and continuous improvement. Being a key player to maintain technical documentation of all processes supported by SAP. ​Providing leadership and guidance for business users, providing training and support on SAP functionality and related business procedures. ​Working closely with SAP development teams to create custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, apps or other system features. ​Collaborating with data owners, data experts and other stakeholders to ensure quality, integrity, and consistency of data in adherence to established standards. Supporting Data Migration. ​Managing and controlling the scope of work with external partners, ensuring optimal solution and service delivery at competitive prices. ​Your profile: ​Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Chemical engineering or Computer Science/Information Technology. ​Solid understanding of relevant business processes and their integration with SAP systems. ​In-depth knowledge of SAP applications (standard functionality, customization/configuration, developments a plus) in the area of SAP PP/MM with a focus on plan to produce processes in a chemical/pharmaceutical production environment, and integration points with other areas. Knowledge of SAP PS a plus. ​Proven track-record with minimum of 4 years experience as an SAP business analyst or consultant in a similar industry, alternatively experience as functional business expert with extensive SAP knowledge. ​SAP certificates in SAP PP/MM a plus, additional certification in PS would be strong benefit. Fluent German and English, other languages (especially French) a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ​Effective communication and collaboration skills. ​Project management and leadership capabilities.
