Location: Your role will be based in Spreitenbach, but you'll be required to travel frequently to visit the stores in your designated area. Workload: Full-time Salary range: CHF 80'000-90'000.- Your tasks: Be the IT hero for our stores: You'll be in charge of the entire IT ecosystem for your group of stores—from the network, Wi-Fi, and cash registers to interactive kiosks. You'll perform diagnostics, manage L3 support tickets, and ensure all our hardware is running smoothly. Build our future stores: Got a new store opening? You’ll be a key player, responsible for designing and implementing the entire IT setup from scratch, ensuring we're ready for day one. Lead cool tech projects: You will manage the deployment of new IT projects directly in our stores. This means communicating with teams, gathering feedback, managing the installation of new equipment, and ensuring everyone is trained and ready for the change. Empower our in-store teams: You'll train our store colleagues on IT basics and new tools, creating procedures and guides to help them become more autonomous. Your goal is to make tech easy for everyone. Your profile: You are a "roll-up-your-sleeves" kind of person who loves being hands-on and in the field. You have 2-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or IT project management. A Bachelor's degree or a CFC in IT is ideal. You are a natural problem-solver with a strong customer service mindset. You're quick to react and always focused on finding a solution. You're an autonomous and versatile professional who can manage your own schedule and priorities effectively. You are fluent in both German and English.
