Responsibilities - Engage in software development projects and proactively maintain stakeholder relations to ensure common understanding of scope, time and budget - Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions - Develop and document requirement specifications from epics, features to user stories with a strong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements - Refine and transmit business specifications to IT specifications, review and plan them with business and IT stakeholders - Own the specification content from creation through release planning until deployment - Understand, analyse and challenge IT solution architecture and IT solutions proposed from development team in regard to the required business objectives - Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team - Planning of product implementation together with development teams - Apply agile principles for software development projects Your profile: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred - At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience as a business analyst or project manager or similar role in a software development environment - Experience with energy trading business value chains and activities - Experience working with senior decision makers - Proven analytical background and strong communication, interpersonal skills - Experience with requirements engineering or agile specification for software development in an intercultural environment - Certification as Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Owner or Scrum Master is an advantage - Fluent in German and English, additional French is an advantage
