Location: Grenchen & Zurich, Home office Workload: Fulltime Your tasks: You will drive the strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of CRM workflows across Salesforce and integrated platforms You will ensure data quality, governance, and compliance (opt-in management, privacy regulations, affiliate consent flows, DPO/legal alignment) You will develop new tools and features to enhance boutique staff capabilities You will partner with regional retail and marketing teams to train boutique staff, align on clienteling tactics, and boost adoption of CRM tools You will build and optimize CRM automatic journeys (Welcome Journey, NPS, Appointment confirmation etc, Cross-Selling) You will create advanced Salesforce reports You will be accountable for performing ongoing data quality checks to ensure accurate reporting Your profile: You bring your experience in CRM operations, data-driven marketing, or digital transformation within luxury, retail, or consumer goods You can put forward your strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce Service Cloud a plus) and Power BI, with advanced Excel skills (formulas, automation, data cleaning) You have a strong experience with CRM automatic & lifetime journeys You have a solid experience in leading cross-functional projects involving IT, legal, retail, and marketing stakeholders You are detail-oriented, structured, and collaborative, with a passion for customer experience and retail excellence You speak English fluently, French language skills will be a plus You are available to travel between our offices in Grenchen and Zurich and are flexible about traveling abroad
