Your tasks: Leading implementation projects and programs with focus on SAP implementation in area of Automotive Sales and Service Monitoring programs and project results, adjusting according to stakeholders' priorities Supporting analysis of high level business requirements and solution design Actively applying change management Engaging with business stakeholders by partnering with involved leads on customer side as well as with internal senior management Understanding strategic objectives, initiatives, pain points and needs for transforming processes Actively managing relations with our implementation partners Providing mentorship and development support for peers Supporting customers in identifying problems and developing strong customer relationship Leading the acquisition process and identifying sales opportunities Delivering quality data for Executive Management, analyzing and identifying of possible scenarios and market trends Your profile: 10+ years of experience with complex project and program management of IT projects in international environment Pro-active and self-driven, focused on delivering business value and getting things done in a collaborative and service oriented manner Building consensus and alignment across different cultures Ability to focus under pressure and coordinate on multiple tasks simultaneously Willingness to travel internationally Fluent English Deep knowhow of business engineering methods Good business network in the automotive industry and in Japan
