Location: Zürich Workload: Full-time Your tasks: • Lead design of software architectures, conception, development, implementation, tests, documentation and reviews. • Manage development and maintenance of MLops pipeline for perception (annotation, automatic KPI calculation, CI/CD) • Manage a team of excellent perception and software engineers. • Recruitment and resource planning and coordination of development efforts with other teams. • Support product operations and development activities. • Cooperate with systems engineers, software engineers and controls engineers to deliver a well-integrated full autonomous driving stack. • Travel to customers or own testing areas as required. Your profile: • MSc or Phd in robotics, mechanical or electrical engineering, CS or similar field. • At least 3 years of experience as team lead. • Demonstrated experience with autonomous driving sensors (LiDAR, camera), and geometric and ML based perception. • Experience with high availability deployed solutions. • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python. • Passionate about autonomous driving, comfortable with leading role and a hands-on mentality. • Fluency in spoken and written English Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: • ROS, OpenCV, PCL. • Nvidia HW/SW ecosystem • Autonomous vehicle safety standards.
