Location: Bern Workload: Full-time Your tasks: Design and implement business-critical reports using PL/SQL within the Oracle ecosystem Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define reporting needs, and translate them into actionable technical solutions Create clear, user-friendly dashboards and visualizations tailored to specific business questions Ensure sustainable documentation of reporting logic, data models, and processes Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the analytics platform in an agile, cross-functional team environment Maintain a high level of quality, structure, and attention to detail throughout the report development process Your profile: Solid experience in reporting development, ideally in a regulated or data-intensive environment Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL, XML, and Git Background in business analysis, with the ability to engage stakeholders and understand complex data needs Prior exposure to the banking or financial services industry or similar environments Strong eye for detail, structured working style, and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills in German (C1 or higher), English is an advantage
