Location: Bern Workload: Full-time Your tasks: Design, implementation, operation, and monitoring of ICT infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, Exchange, SCCM packaging, storage management, DNS/DHCP, SharePoint, certificate management, etc.) Further development and operation of network and security firewall infrastructure Engineering and development of technical concepts, including support in implementing the Microsoft 365 strategy Technical and personnel leadership of a team of 3 system engineers Supplier and vendor management for external ICT infrastructure partners Leading and contributing to ICT projects Ownership and continuous improvement of IT service management processes. Your profile: Proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer with strong expertise in the technologies listed above Completed education in Computer Science at HF/FH level or equivalent qualification Solid knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL v3 or ITIL v4) Leadership experience in a comparable role Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset Independent, structured, responsible, and solution-oriented working approach Microsoft certifications (Server, Exchange, Active Directory, etc.) are an advantage Project management certification (e.g., IPMA D or similar) is an advantage Fluency in German and good command of English required
