Your tasks: Manage the newly built global SAP ByD team to ensure quality solution delivery Management of external providers and vendors Deploy implementations together with our rollout partners Drive process & service improvements by ensuring compliance to group requirements Application management Develop the template solution further according to upcoming Business requirements and in close alignment with SAP’s development roadmap and best-practice Your profile: Strong SAP BYD consulting experience in SAP FICO/CRM or SCM, or other core module Strong and deep hands on experience in the related SAP ByD modules even combined with strong technical know-how and experience in custom solution development Proven track record of implementing global SAP ByD solutions, and have even developed a rollout program / methodology Willingness to work hands-on and have a hunger for new challenges Analytical and process orientated approach to job International team management - Able to assimilate and respectfully coordinate various cultural gaps Ability to network within the IT and business environment Readiness to travel up to 30-40 %, Fluent in English and German
