Location: Zurich (up to 40% home office) Workload: 80-100% Start: By agreement Your tasks: You lead Threat & Vulnerability Management activities, track emerging threats, coordinate remediation and patching with IT teams and service providers and monitor remediation KPIs. You coordinate and manage penetration tests, red team exercises and other security assessments. You implement and maintain a centralised process for tracking the remediation of security findings. You collaborate in the deployment of IT security technologies across key control areas and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. You execute and maintain daily security operations and lead security projects to improve cybersecurity hygiene. You develop and maintain security documentation including technical standards, methodologies and procedures. You implement and monitor IT security controls and provide support for internal and external audits. You offer advisory support through documentation review, assurance tests and technology assessments. Your profile: Master degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity or a related field Newly graduated up to 3 years of working experience Self-motivated, well organised and able to work independently across several simultaneous projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as very good communication skills Understanding of IT security architecture concepts, technologies and good security practices Proficient English is a must; German, French or Italian are desirable Knowledge of ISO 27001 and/or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework is preferred Knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and their applicability to technology is preferred Your benefits: A range of healthcare services and benefits supporting overall wellbeing A working environment and culture in which people can succeed A variety of in-house trainings as well as tuition assistance for further education Agile working principles and up to 40% of working time from home
