Responsibilities: Develop statistical models for data analysis, new alogarithms to solve data problems and build new tools to automate work Implement new statistical and methodological analysis for models Optimize and merge data bases accordingly Visualize and comunicate results to different stakeholders Lead content and development of our main operational dashboards Contribute to the development of data science within the department Support Senior Management on strategic decisions by devising data driven solutions Education/Qualifications: Master’s degree in data science, statistics, econometrics and/or applied mathematics Predictive and prescriptive modelling skills, machine learning methods Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience, including expertise with statistical data analysis such as linear models, multivariate analysis, sampling methods and clustering Solving analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods, conducting analysis that includes data gathering and requirement specifications, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables and effective data visualization and reports Research and develop analysis, forecasting, and optimization methods to help manufacturing plants improve their performance indicators Delivering concise insights to senior management based on data analytics Knowledge & Skills: Programing languages such as Phyton and/or R Data base languages, such as SQL Good communication skills and passionate about story telling Language Requirements English and German fluently written/oral
