Technical Expertise: Leverage your extensive cybersecurity experience to deliver proactive support and guidance, helping customers optimize their security defenses and mitigate risks effectively. Microsoft Focus: Utilize your strong knowledge of Microsoft security products, including Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, KQL, and the Microsoft Defender suite, to offer tailored recommendations and solutions. Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, acting as a reliable and trustworthy partner in their journey to enhance security resilience. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, attacker tradecraft, and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to better serve our customers. Your profile: Degree in computer science or related fields Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interfacing with diverse stakeholders and providing informal leadership in cyber security matters in both German and English. Knowledge of Microsoft security products and technologies, including Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, KQL, and the Microsoft Defender suite. Solid understanding of attacker tradecraft and security hardening techniques, enabling you to offer valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Nice to Have: Scripting/programming skills to automate security tasks and processes. Experience in incident response and threat hunting, enhancing your ability to detect and respond to security incidents effectively. Background in network and system administration, providing a holistic understanding of security infrastructure. Experience in the managed security services industry, familiarizing you with the unique challenges and opportunities in delivering security services at scale.
