Your tasks: IT Support and IT Operation covering the following hardware platforms: PCs (primarily laptops, Windows based) Phones and mobile devices (iPhones and iPads) Local servers (Windows based) Conference room equipment Telephonic and remote desktop support Support the Swiss organisation and personnel with First and Second Line Support - Hardware, Systems and software, Digital assets such as external websites System administration IT distribution and automation Support the development and evolve IT at the Swiss offices in collaboration with local and central IT at HQ Participate in and/or lead changes to the IT infrastructure and/or the IT landscape at the Basel office in collaboration with local and central IT at HQ Documentation Collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. vendors) Your profile: IT degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ experience including internships Previous experience within Pharma or MedTech industry and working with validated systems will be a plus Demonstrated skills in IT technology and IT support, working according to ITIL procedures (or equivalent) Experience in O365 like Intune, OneDrive, Teams and basics in Azure is a bonus Ability to identify issues and provide recommended solutions to resolve Solid communications skills Fluency in English and German, Italian would be a plus
