Your tasks: Ensure the high availability of infrastructure production systems Organize and manage the on-call incident response team Develop and maintain tools and processes for infra operation Facilitate team coordination for incident responses and large changes Lead post-mortem analysis meetings and ensure follow-up Contribute to continuous improvement of the monitoring and alerting systems Create, validate, and maintain documentation for the global infrastructure knowledge base Your profile: 5+ years of successful management experience in an IT operations team, preferably in a large-scale environment Previous experience in systems or network engineering Experience with large infrastructure troubleshooting Certification as an IT service manager or project manager would be an asset (e.g. ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2) Bonus: Well versed in security and a good understanding of security best practices Ability to keep up in an extremely fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Master’s degree in a relevant field of study and/or scientific background
