Location: Zurich Workload: Full-time The ideal candidate is structured, customer-oriented, able to work independently and skilled in solving technical challenges. Workplace - Collaborate with other team members and service provider to resolve complex technical problems on our workplace infrastructure HW management – Responsible for the hardware stock management and the joiner and leaver process by moving hardware and peripherals Mobile device management – Responsible for device, contract, billing and application support Team Tasks - Collaborate with other team members and deputize them. Show flexibility to take over task from colleagues when necessary Onsite Support - Respond to client requests for technical assistance via phone, ticketing tool, email and in-person, troubleshoot technical issues and provide first-line support. Education and Qualifications Completed apprenticeship or degree, alternatively equivalent professional experience Experience, Skills and Competencies Required IT supporter background and Service Delivery mentality with real attention to quality and excellence in all areas Flexible individual who can work on different topics and is willing to learn Strong technical understanding in the areas of end user computing and IT Infrastructure Good written and spoken communication skills in English and German Strong team player with an ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence amongst peers and colleagues Experience of working with external service providers
