Temporary: 6-9 months Your tasks: Responsibility for troubleshooting, designing, installing, configuring, managing and monitoring the IT infrastructure in a hybrid on-premises/cloud-based environment Creation and review of IT policies, risk assessment in collaboration with internal Risk Management and Compliance Office Development of standard operating procedures in line with ISO and ITIL best practices, support for ISO Audit 2024 (ISO 9001 & 27001) Point of contact for all IT related escalations Managing and liaising with external IT service/product providers Management of the IT employee in his support function for the terrestrial (Davos) and online (Baden) Casino Your profile: IT-related background of at least 5 to 10 years Comprehensive IT knowledge of various operating systems and software Experience in managing overall IT resources of an organization, including but not limited to: Active Directory / Azure administration Backup management (Veeam) Zendesk Strong interpersonal social skills in working with different people Leadership skills Problem solving skills and good time management Stress resistance Impeccable reputation Language skills: Strong communication skills in: German: excellent written and oral communication skills (C1) English: business fluent written and oral communication skills (B2)
