Tasks •Explore architectural concepts, derive and communicate guidelines to our development teams •Review and test the quality of the delivered code •Own parts of the User Acceptance Tests process •Explore and define technology-oriented product features •Manage and solve incidents with our technical and business partners •Refine our audit framework and own non-standard controls •Provide and support our sales channel with technical know-how •Assess and validate new or forked DLTs or digital assets to be supported by us •And much more to still discover together… Your profile: •You have >5 years professional work experience developing software products as a developer, a technical lead or an architect •You are a team player but you are not afraid to break consensus •You are a good communicator but are equally happy to analyze code •You are proficient with CI/CD tools and agile methods •You are always eager to learn, you welcome uncertainty and enjoy taking ownership •You ideally worked as a Test Manager or a Security Engineer •You ideally worked in the financial industry dealing with nearshore teams •You ideally enjoyed a professional or private blockchain experience Skills: •You are familiar with event-driven as well as micro-services architectures •You used secure coding tools and various CI/CD pipeline frameworks •You know cryptographic principles and algorithms •You enjoy excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to work across business lines and seniority levels •You provide strong analytical-, problem solving-, action planning-, and tracking capabilities
