Your tasks: Customer service and coordination of customer inquiries in our ticket system Remote and on-site 1st and 2nd level support (Windows and Apple devices, Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments) Independent implementation of projects in Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments Assistance with the implementation of projects in the areas of SharePoint Online and Power Automate Creation and implementation of technical concepts and documentation Your profile: Completed education with a specialization in systems engineering (EFZ/HF/FH) or a comparable education Fluent in English and German (in word and writing) At least three years of professional work experience in the field of ICT support or system engineering Advanced knowledge in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory On-Premise, Azure Active Directory (AD Connect, ADFS, AADDS, MFA), and Microsoft Azure (IaaS). Good knowledge of small to mid-sized network environments (TCP/IP, firewalling, NAT, IPv4 routing, DNS, WLAN, VPN), both on-premise and in the cloud (Azure). Basic knowledge in administration of SharePoint Online, and implementation of simple automated procedures in Power Automate (or similar platforms) High motivation to learn and expand your skillset Reliable, team-oriented but also independent working style Open-minded and professional support of the customer relationship
