Location: Bern Workload: Full-time Your tasks: Define long-term product vision aligned with business strategy Create and develop product roadmap with team and stakeholders Keep stakeholders updated and adjust strategy based on market/business needs Contribute to ICT strategic planning and alignment Help define standardization projects within the ICT landscape Plan, manage, and control ICT services for external customers Report on progress of strategic initiatives and customer projects Support strategic projects and monitor ICT market developments Track market trends and technologies to keep product competitive Analyze competitors' products for added value Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve collaboration Your profile: Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Comfortable working between people and technology Familiarity with agile frameworks Knowledge of ICT (infrastructure, networks, development, service mgmt.) is a plus Experience in a federal/public sector environment is a plus Fast learner, independent and goal-oriented Team player with strong coordination and follow-through skills Good communication skills in German and English
