Your tasks: Support and manage the IT Strategy implementation for our global Technology unit across the Group, aligned to the outcomes defined in the overall business strategy Define & manage global IT Operating Model, IT Governance, IT Process Designs & Operations Manage global IT portfolio for all large-scale transformation projects within Technology & IT, including cost and resource planning, staffing, scheduling & delivery Liaise and collaborate with all Global Technology and IT functions to ensure efficient project, activity risk and issue tracking Chair and run Global IT Project Board to Top-Management Optimize existing project and program standards with latest project management techniques and tools (e.g. MS Azure DevOps) Own and manage the IT demand/supply forecast and ensure IT investments & operating targets according to plan Support planning & budgeting for Group IT services Manage, lead and coach the team of (Senior) Project Manager Enrich existing IT Governance and processes with specific focus on Investment & Project Portfolio Planning, central IT Program Management, Strategic and Operational Supplier Management & Innovations (Digital Solutions) Your profile: BSc (Engineering, Computer Science or related) required, MSc or above preferred Able to define and manage IT strategy & execution as well as to manage & operate global IT programs with significant business impact. Able to define & optimize the new IT Operating Model, leveraging central Group IT & Technology services. Minimum 7+ years of relevant industry experience working in strategic IT consulting with management of global IT programs Strong experience in Planning, Execution and delivery of IT programs as well as to optimize a global IT Operating Model of industry leading services Profound understanding of development and integration of large-scale solutions involving multiple technologies, platforms, and interfaces across in-house and externally developed systems (off-the-shelve) Expert-level experience in Project Management Tools (e.g. MS Azure DevOps), and MS technology in general (MS Azure, PowerBI, MS Power Platform etc.) Significant exposure and experience in working with and interfacing to global delivery teams Proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally Proven experience managing budget, internal and external teams Diligent and highly committed working attitude to proactively prevent issues upfront, quickly resolve active issues and drive excellence via test automation, continuous development/integration and deployment Advanced cloud development and agile project management methods and practices Excellent English communication and executive level presentation skills Leading as a role-model: Strong sense of individual drive (self-starter), responsibility and motivation (“can do” attitude) Fill-the-gap: Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and competing priorities Dynamic working style and the ability to think innovatively to solve problems
