Your tasks: Define the vision for IT services in a future, cost-effective, performant environment Coordinate with other RDC architects and other Legal and Security groups, for ensuring that all information is secure by design Define and prioritise the on-going documentation of the as-is and target architectures for Roche Diabetes Care Follow TOGAF domains: - Business: definition of business strategy, organization and key business capabilities; - Data: definition of the structure of RDC’s data assets, management and protection; - Application: definition of systems, integration and relationships to Business Architecture; - Technical: definition of hardware, software and network infrastructure. Join squads as required to contribute specific technical expertise and knowledge Represent the IT architecture team in appropriate meetings and forums Responsible for recruitment, team building for the chapter and mentoring individual Lead IT Architects Your profile: You led an enterprise architecture team in a large, multi-national organization You worked in a secure workplace information environment that will protect You worked in an organisation with heavily-outsourced IT services that includes design, operations and maintenance Practical experience in developing enterprise architectures at all levels of the Togaf model Experienced in leading a small team of architects and/or developers in an agile environment Great interpersonal skills and will be capable of facilitating and leading a variety of meetings, briefings and workshops with a wide range of technical and non-technical participants Can demonstrate a broad working knowledge of existing and emerging technologies
