Your tasks: You will... - plan, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns as part of the global Marketing Communications strategy - develop, implement and manage social media plans to drive awareness, boost visibility and acquire more leads - measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns including gatekeeping/qualifying of marketing leads - ensure effectiveness content and user experience - identify digital trends and insights and propose new digital solutions - educate and train marketing and communication colleagues worldwide - collaborate with internal global and regional stakeholders as well as agencies Your profile: You... - hold a university degree in in Marketing or a related field and/or have gained hands-on experience in digital marketing - are highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - are able to develop outbound marketing campaigns and can pave the way for automation - not only understand SEO, but you also use it to strengthen your content strategy - make use of Google Analytics to identify audience insights and develop meaningful metrics and dashboards - utilize your UX know-how to optimize the digital customer journey - are fluent in English, both spoken and written - are fluent in German, both spoken and written Bonus: - have already worked with Dynamics CRM
