Your tasks: You analyze existing and new business processes and design the suitable IT-assisted workflows according to best practices with our business units, the quality team and management. As the project manager and application owner, you prioritize the improvements and extensions to our ERP system (Odoo) and connected systems (web sites, Gitlab, CAE tools) to satisfy the increased demand of a fast-growing organization. You apply agile methods and work with a team of internal and external developers. Regularly, you roll out new software releases and you provide user training and support. You assist the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the platforms for our worldwide users. Your profile: You have an education as a business analyst (e.g. Wirtschaftsinformatiker), software architect or computer science engineer (ETH, FH) or have equivalent experience. You are experienced with agile project management, databases, and web technologies. You have knowledge of requirements engineering, ERP systems, and security. You have very good communication skills in English, and ideally good knowledge of German.
