Your tasks: - Design engaging and user-friendly experiences - Create mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas - Work closely together with product management and other stakeholders on solving our user’s problems - Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to get features implemented with high quality - Create and own the design library for our product and define our design guidelines Your profile: - Confidence that you can be our expert in creating an intuitive and pleasant experience for our users - Several years of experience in designing web applications - Experience in working within a product team - Know-how in modern web and mobile UX - Ability to take the point of view of the user and eagerness to understand their problem - Skills in visual design and an understanding of best practices in web and mobile UX - Experience with prototyping and design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe suite, Marvel, Zeplin, or others - Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications - Business proficiency in English and German - A good sense of humor
