Responsibilities: On-going development of the Ruby on Rails and React.js web application Innovation/ contributing to shaping new functionalities/ optimization Process optimization within all systems Feasibility analysis of new concepts Collaboration with external resources Your profile: Proven professional experience in software development using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript along with other common libraries A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code Solid understanding of object-oriented programming Experience in the sectors of software architecture/ systems planning and systems security High levels of initiative, self-motivation and dedication experience with the following technologies and tools: - RESTful APIs and web services - Ajax and JSON - Relational databases and SQL - MVC, Stateless Services, SOLID principles - TDD, Unit Testing and continuous integration - Version Control, in particular Git - UNIX/Linux/OSX experience Experience with Node.js and Docker ecosystem will be considered a plus.
