Responsibility: Support the Agile transformation in the clients’ organization Your profile: Higher education degree (ETH, University / University of Applied Sciences) either in in computer science paired with excellent communication skills or communication paired with solid technical knowledge At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master of Agile Delivery Teams Working experience with Jira or equivalent tools Proven knowledge in the use of different agile frameworks and methods in real scenarios Ability to adapt / record the started transformation journey and to build on previous results Engaged and reflective Impeccable communication skills in both German and English Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
