Your tasks: Manage implementations in SAP SD , Warehouse processes , Inventory Processes Implement Omni-Channel Process for Retail Engage with individuals at all levels within the organization Ensure everything is tracked in ITSM solution based on ITIL best practices Support the business based in multiple locations Convert business requirements into functional specifications Identify issues and problems, contextualize them appropriately and response consistently Your profile: University degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent qualification Minimum 3 to 6 year of experience in SAP Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Good understanding of Logistic process and integration of Logistics with SAP Highly self-motivated and self-directed English mandatory, any other language (French) is an asset
