Responsibilities: Oversee all quality aspects related to the Software (SW) part of our systems Define the quality aspects within our Quality Management System related to SW Development, SW Testing, Release Management, Change and Configuration Management, Incident Management to satisfy GxP customer expectations Approve the required deliverables in specific SW releases and/or GxP project context based on GAMP5 methodologies (e.g. Functional Specification, Design Specification, Configuration Specification, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, …) Work closely with various application development managers and development teams to coordinate testing efforts, prepare testing plans, and develop best practices that complement existing development methodologies and practices Prepare and Support for external customer audit as single point of contact related to SW Quality topics Conduct internal audits to measure and assure adherence to established QMS within SW Development process Provide training on GxP IT Compliance aspects for internal employees Requirements: Excellent knowledge of IT Compliance in GxP environment (21 CFR Part11, EU Annex 11) as well as GAMP5 Expertise in SW development and SW Testing aspects and more generally on IT Quality processes Testing experience should include all phases: integration, system, user acceptance, regression, automation, load and performance Strong analytical skills Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English, as well as passion for customer contact
