Responsibilities: - Collaborate with commercial and creative teams on the identification of new digital initiatives in line with client objectives - Contribute to commercial digital offers with project technical, resource and time estimates - Partner with internal and external clients to gain alignment on deliverables and timelines - Define optimal technical solutions according to client business, architecture, installation, hosting, performance, interface and regulatory requirements - Define and manage detailed project plans, identify risks, build contingency plans - Optimize technical project quality through the creation of further supporting documentation including but not limited to functional specifications, technical specifications, test scripts - Leverage your server-side software and back end development knowledge to build robust technical solutions in partnership with the technical team - Control the quality of technical deliverables through ongoing support and mentoring of the technical teams and implementation of a structured and documented testing approach - Maintain exceptional customer service and manage internal and external client expectations through ongoing project status reporting and clear communications - Ensure project delivery and ongoing maintenance on time, within scope and budget - Manage ongoing service excellence, including implementation of work process improvements, and personal and team education in line with organizational objectives Your Profile: - Broad digital awareness and an affinity for digital innovation - 7+ years of direct experience of technical projects - 5+ years of technical project management - Strong server side and back end design and development knowledge (C++, PHP, ASP.Net, Visual Basic, C Sharp) - Working knowledge of front end, web and mobile development tools - Ability to work independently, to lead meetings and workshops - Good planning, organizational and decision-making skills - Strong written and verbal communications skills - Fluent written and spoken English and German essential, French a plus
