Responsibilities: Plan, define and participate to the integration & configuration of our software within a complex banking IT infrastructure Responsible for the successful realisation of our projects, including the technical integration and supporting our customers throughout the implementation lifecycle Act as an expert for various stakeholders in the engineering, sales, and operations processes to resolve technical obstacles and improve the product's vision Work closely with our product management, analytics and development teams on understanding ways to improve our products Develop our project delivery procedure and coach junior colleagues Your profile: Successfully completed studies in Computer Science (FH/Uni/ETH) or comparable qualification Customer oriented attitude, leadership qualities and strong communication skills Understanding or some experience of basic project management Problem-solving mindset, hands-on approach and a structured way of working Motivation to understand and master our products & technologies Professional fluency in German and English is mandatory Experience with the Linux Shell and Java Stack is a plus
