Location: Wil, hybrid Workload: Full-time Your tasks: • Lead and manage strategic projects, overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and KPIs. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget. • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular project status updates and reports. Your profile: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. • 6-8 years in IT and 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
