Your tasks: Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Providing trainings in IT systems, tools and applications (e.g. how to use Azure Information Protection) Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues Replacing parts or reinstall as required Supporting the roll-out of new applications and provide trainings of new services to the employees Providing procedural documentation and relevant reports Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with employees with different roles and responsibilities Your profile: Degree or IT-related qualification Proven experience and knowledge in IT support Experience in establishing and maintaining IT support in an ICT and/or cloud operations environment Profound knowledge of Office365 including tools and applications Interested in new hard- and software systems, tools and applications and willing to test and evaluate new technologies General knowledge of security aspects Good knowledge and experience with how software and operating systems work Experience with testing and analysis tools would be a plus Very good oral and written knowledge in German and English Strong and proven communication skills combined with the ability to interact with other employees Being a team player with communication skills and a keen eye for detail Problem solving skills and the ability to display a technical, logical thought process Ability to prioritize, stick to deadlines and deliver pragmatic solutions within regulations Having worked at a (cloud) service provider and in a regulated environment for instance finance industry (e.g. bank, insurance) or pharma/chemical would be a plus
