Your tasks: Manage and scale a team of 15 to 30 engineers (Mobile, Web, API, and Backend platform and core services) Build and lead an effective engineering team that delivers excellent results through rapid iterations Establish best practices for software development and deliver high-quality products on tight schedules Foster culture of continuous engineering improvement through mentoring, feedback, and measurement of efficiency and outcomes Hire, motivate, grow and retain our engineering talent Work with business and development teams to understand product vision and requirements Build and maintain optimal engineering processes Maintain a high level of operational excellence with your team and across the engineering organization Your profile: 10+ years of experience managing software development teams, ideally hands-on architectural or distributed systems experience, with strong technical credentials Demonstrated ability to lead teams to deliver high-quality technology products/services in a very high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly Proven experience in delivering software projects using Agile methodologies Public cloud engineering on AWS, GCP, or Azure platforms A solid track record for the delivery of high-quality products Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in scaling new businesses
