Your tasks: Build and lead global IT infrastructure team Develop and implement global IT infrastructure strategy and target landscape aligned business targets and requirements Definition of IT infrastructure standards and ensure implementation in IT/IS project Responsible for development, sourcing, and efficient and effective delivery and operation of global IT infrastructure services Evaluate IT infrastructure suppliers, technology solutions and outsourcing partners, incl. contractual negotiations Your profile: BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus Experience as Head of IT infrastructure or similar role Expertise in analysis, planning, and implementation of IT infrastructure services In depth knowledge of Networking technologies and concepts and of Microsoft Windows Server / Microsoft Stack Working knowledge of Active Directory (Design, Security and Administration) and of Messaging (MS Exchange, Archiving, Unified Communications) Good understanding of IT security and data protection as well as of cloud and mobile technology Very good communication abilities in German and English Proven organizational and leadership skills
