Your tasks: Lead the global ICT infrastructure team (matrix organisation) and develop its organisational structure. Optimise costs of organisation-wide infrastructure and application services through an appropriate mix of internal and external resources. Project lead, project portfolio and roadmap management in time, scope and budget. Provide infrastructure services vision. Ensure ICT service excellence by stable, reliable and secure operations of all services (on premise and cloud) and ICT operations governance processes. Implement a company-wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's data and infrastructure. Implement processes to identify and mitigate information risks. Monitor system health/availability. Licensing & Partner Management. Conduct product and vendor evaluations ensuring best in class technologies and partners. Your profile: 10+ years total experience of leadership in a global organisation and ICT Infrastructure (architecture, engineering and operations). 5+ years in a production multi-site environment based on Microsoft technologies (front- and backend). 5+ years in hybrid cloud architecture, technologies like Azure, O365 (SharePoint, Exchange, Skype for Business). Experience with regulatory compliance issues, as well as best practices in application, network security and information protection (GDPR). Solid project management and organisational skills to lead and drive a cross-functional team to deliver sustainable results. High resilience, ability to multi-task and act between high level strategic thinking and detail orientation. Energetic self-starter with motivation to work in a dynamic and agile environment. Target group related clear, frequent, candid communication and enhanced presentation skills. Fluency in German and English. International travel up to 20 %.
