Your tasks: Develop new and completely cloud-based systems to innovate and make a significant impact in the real estate market Development our evolutionary and novel customer web applications in the residential ecosystem (sales, management, rental, search) Implement API to other real estate portals, banks, insurances, appraisal partners and more Drive cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams Elaboration of solution variants as well as development of prototypes Coach POs to Plan/Refine/Test JIRAs and host Agile ceremonies Responsibility for 6 senior frontend engineers, 2 backend engineers, and 1 DevOps engineer Your profile: This is how you leave a lasting impression with us: Masters degree in computer science or a closely related field Profound knowledge of Software Development Best Practices, Clean Code & Clean Architecture Ability to quickly learn and hands-on assist the team in any kind of technology (mostly Next.JS with TypeScript, React, C#, Wordpress, Headless CMS, 3rd party integrations, Heroku, Jest, Cypress, GitHub Actions, Cosmos DB, Azure storage explorer...) Excellent communication skills to align on project roadmaps and staffing resources with senior management Experience in leading engineers, providing them the right tools at the right time, removing impediments and creating highly efficient, scalable project teams Ability to address and mitigate conflicts early to create a welcoming, inclusive and best-place-to-work atmosphere Organised and structured Defining and maintaining structures matching the growth stage of the company Flexible and adaptability skills Commitment & going the extra mile Able to cope with tight deadlines Empathic, accepted & respected by whole team and other team leads Great coach and mentor, able to motivate and define goals for each employee Has an understanding over all the different projects, their needs and pain points.
