Your tasks: Participate and contribute through all project milestones including design, configuration, development and rollout Help to identify gaps in processes and determine business, functional and technical requirements Serve as Salesforce administrator and handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks Responsible for providing direct support to users Maintaining the documentation of current functionalities Become a trusted subject area expert in the technical ecosystem that powers our business Create testing and implementations plans, including user training and documentation Your profile: Experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption Strong project management skills and a positive attitude Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption Excellent command in spoken and written English, German is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities judiciously
