Your tasks: Learn and master our portfolio of data management solutions to address customer business challenges as a sales specialist for defined products Interdepartmental coordination of all actions necessary to guide complex sales projects from A-Z Partner with customer project teams to understand business objectives and integration requirements using both business and technical skills Collaborate with development teams to ensure the customer needs and requirements are implemented efficiently with a minimum of correction loops Thorough documentation of all project steps to ensure transparency and information flow across departments Travel for pre- or post-sales activities in EU around 20 % normal working time with occasional overnight stays Your profile: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Information Systems, or related IT field Experience in: Networks, Citrix, Remote Installations Experience as a user of our data management solutions is a distinct advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, both internally and to potential customers Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple tasks / projects in parallel as well as to adapt to priority changes
