Your tasks: Handle requests and inquiries addressed to the information security team (mailbox / phone) Review of smaller projects and ensure involvement of Information Security Manage and execute communication in English for the topic Information Security (Blog, Intranet News, PowerPoint slides, Security gadgets) Responsible for Local Security and Information Officer (LISO) organisation (LISO call organisation & LISO call presentations) Update of collaboration sites (Security Awareness) / LanCrypt (Folder Encryption Tool) administration for 2 groups Supervision (deadline tracking / review of internal control activities / organisation of meetings) Your profile: Apprenticeship, high school diploma or similar education Basic knowledge in the field of Information Security Experience in maintenance of content (design websites / SharePoint sites) Strong organisational skills, structured working approach, ability to set priorities, to coordinate processes and to multitask Proficient user of technology and diligent approach to work Editorial expertise (Blog, Awareness News) would be an advantage Sophisticated verbal and written communication in German and English
