Aufgaben: IT Requirements Engineer working in an agile Scrum team as part of the overall Digitization Strategy Ensuring delivery of requirement artefacts (breakdown of Epics and Stories, functional and non-functional IT requirement specifications) defined along BJB project methodology Stakeholder Management Workshop moderation and contribution to Decision Boards (e.g. STC) Support of other small non-Digital Strategy streams whenever required Ihr Profil: Proven experience within financial industry – solid knowledge of underlying banking processes and data regulatory requirements Higher education in computer science / Business Informatics Strong analytical skills, deriving business guidelines into specifications, used seamlessly for detailed technical spec and implementations Proven within non-functional analysis in the area of Online and Mobile Banking solutions Proven expert knowledge in agile disciplines (Scrum, SAFe) Sound understanding of front solutions and web technologies Profound skills within software development and architecture Strong communication skills (fluent in German and English) and ability to manage and influence stakeholders Motivated personality, strong interest in digitization aspects and ability to work under pressure Highly structured, able to address options and underlying evaluation Strong coordination and presentation capabilities Proactive, autonomous, persistent
