Your tasks: Your mission is to ensure a safe, smooth and efficient ICT environment, where you will support and provide consultation to employees. You are responsible for the regular control, documentation and implementation of ICT security standards (firewall, antivirus software, compliance with ICT user guidelines, devices in the network, etc.). You install and maintain our workstation systems (e.g. PCs), peripherals, mobile devices, servers, network components and communications equipment as well as their software and interfaces. You create user logins and set permissions, as specified by HR. You receive and process hardware, software, network and communication problems., locating, isolating and resolving faults, while initiating escalation procedures. You create and update operating manuals, instructions and checklists. You adopt new or modified software into operational use. You instruct new and existing employees on the use of hardware and software, including the creation of user documentation. You conduct ICT security training for employees with the aim of creating a high level of awareness and thus increasing overall security. Your profile: You have completed a technical education in IT or any related discipline. You have at least 3 years of experience in the area of ICT support and administration. You have a structured and reliable working style. You have a passion for ICT and developing/documenting structured technical processes. You bring your own ideas, are flexible and a true team player. You have a friendly service oriented approach. You are fluent in English and preferably also have German knowledge.
