Tasks: • Create and develop hardware solutions to extend and improve our operations and R&D (e.g. manufacturing, process monitoring, sensors) • Support our process development team in solving manufacturing issues • Implement innovative solutions to improve and simplify our manufacturing processes • Manage and execute internal development projects and experimentation Requirements: • Experience in agile product development and rapid prototyping • Advanced electronics and mechanical engineering skills • Basic programming skills (favorably Python and/or C++) • Excellent communication skills in English (German (B2) for supplier interaction) • Engineering degree (FH, ETH/EPFL) with work experience • You have a Hacker mentality • You understand both fast prototyping as well as high-quality engineering solution • You want to use your multi-discipline skills to contribute to the development of future battery technology
