Your tasks: Support the program manager in the full lifecycle of an end-to-end ERP implementation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems (e.g., warehouse management system) Define deliverables and milestones and drive their achievement with implementation partners and internal resources Analyze risks with the program manager and prepare risk mitigation plans Plan resources and proactively identify and address bottlenecks Prepare monthly cost controlling and progress reports for program management as well as Steering Committee and Board meetings Prepare accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle Proactively identify and highlight issues and opportunities to ensure program success Your qualifications Minimum bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field International ERP project experience; at least one full cycle of a D365 / AX 2012 or SAP system Understanding of project management practices and methodologies gained through working experience (PMP or Prince 2 certification would be a plus) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to comprehend and manage intricate dependencies Strong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, along with a positive “can-do” and “hands-on” attitude and passion to get things done with high-quality standard Strong verbal and written communication, visualization and presentation skills Full proficiency in English, German (B2)
